Absolutely impossible to use due to endless bugs

I’m unusable to swipe down anymore to view live tracking. The Departures screen gets stuck to the top, and I can’t swipe it back down. Happened since the last update, making the app pretty unusable now. Please fix.

Hard to see how they could make this app but they did.

Why on earth you guys use this many buggy modals in 2024 is beyond me. As of November 2024 this app is legitamately unusable on ios and requires multiple restarts everytime you use it if you get a badly placed modal popup. Solution: Unintall this app and download Catchy

How are there no trains every weekend………. What a useless company

I often need to check the Wairarapa line but today it is telling me there is no train on the line when I know there is. When it does give this info it can’t cope when there are two trains on the line as in the 5.20pm and 6.18pm to Masterton.

How did you make a bad app even worse? Are you paid by the number of people you annoy? Hope so for you’ll be billionaires! As billionaires can you please subsidise us peasants for having to endure this living hell of a UI? Cheers mates.

The recent update makes it so you can’t swipe down to see where the bus is on the route. It also becomes completely unresponsive and the app just crashes sometimes. Don’t understand what was wrong with the way it was before? Fix please.

Ap was working ok till the latest improvements update. Now when you try to look at real-time location of a bus on the map , and then navigate back to the stop o information it wants you to “pull down” but the layout means you just keep pulling down the iPhone Lock Screen image. And then you have to fully close the ap and reopen to get back to the stop. Rubbish.

New update is absolutely useless! Can’t scroll through favourites, only change their positions so anything not in the top 5 is out of view and inaccessible.
