Make me pay before setting off and over charged me as I could see the meter The door handle had zip ties on with sharp bits on so injured my hand getting out The car sounded like it needed to go to the garage was making awful sounds

I have done this journey many times and have never been charged more than £8.75. This driver charged me £10.25, he said his meter charged this, so is there a general charge or can they ask for whatever they want. Otherwise, generally, I am happy with Metro.
