Metro Crawley

This app crashes all the time. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue.

I’ve been using metro Crawley to commute to work in the last four months. It’s easy to use, the drives are generally friendly and they arrive on time. In addition, the fee is very competitive. I highly recommend it!

Used Metro for used. Had only one or two lazy drivers but a complaint often puts things right satisfactorily. Nothing is ever perfect in life but this company looks after its customers in the best way possible in my experience.

I have no hearing so an app to book taxis is what I need to arrange travel rather than having to find someone to make the call for me. The app needs to show prices of the journey, the allow me to cancel without calling. Needs a lot of updating to make it user friendly, back to the Alpha app for me! Not happy as apparently Metro is the better cab company just not for hearing impaired!!
