Right now we need to put netbanking details, Debit card deatils or UPI id again and agin to book the tickets so Add the digital wallet within the app so we can add the money in one go and can book the tickets like UTS app and second thing if we dont use app for two days then app seasion get expired and we need to change the password everytime so fix this bugs

Very slow

Money deducted, but ticket not booked. What an useless app on office time tried to show someone, but it failed. The added audacity is that the app doesn’t even recognise the transaction. It only shows the successful ones. Govt app developer on my payroll still stealing from me. App needs lots of work.

God knows how in 2024 someone designs an app where you cannot book three tickets together at on go, you have to do it thrice separately. Kudos to the team🤪🤪🤪

Payment on prosesing all time

Not able to use app as its always showing network error.

Tried topupcard as well as ticket but tapping on payment method app crashes

Should develop UI properly.Functionality wise not good.user can book one ticket once a day.One day pass service should be included
