Must create a login
Warning it doesn’t prompt you to create a user account but you should! I had purchased 4 tickets and used just one (in the way I used to buy tickets from the machine), but the next time it told me I had been logged out (which was even more confusing because I kept trying to log in while I never created it, even noticing that the app knew my email and credit card!!!). So I lost the 3 tickets. The contact email listed in the app bounced back. I wrote 3 messages and now I’m so tired of this issue! It’s so bizarre how scmtd has always been so difficult with fare payments! It’s probably because the people designing these systems aren’t riders and never rode the bus to understand how users deal with it!
