Shocking service. Says driver is in way. 4 mins away but takes over 12 mins to get to you. They go where they pls first

Divers constantly ask for cash even though you’ve put payment details in the app, the address accuracy is pretty bad and it doesn’t reserve taxis for a key time . All in all pretty pointless and doesn’t work well

This is my second review as I just can’t believe how bad this new app is …. Just a shame I can only give 1 star as 0 would be more appropriate… I’ve deleted it from my phone…. Utterly utterly utterly useless ….

Using the app is a nightmare. Really hard to set home, keeps using next door’s address. Defaults to airport train station and hard to set the destination. Deleted it after several attempts to use it

Goodish app but will never give me access to my account for return journey.

On signing up, the app takes £1.01 from your card with no warning.
