The app takes so much time to load the functions
I have not had an issue using this app until you released the recent advisories regarding restrictions of use and/or maintenance activity from May 5 to 7 and again on May 8. I tried to use the app on May 7 after the period of restriction had passed, and found out for the first time that there was an "Error while loading the transaction history" when I clicked on History. Until this morning of May 10, this is still the case. While the balance in my account is the same from last time (I take screenshots at the end of every transaction, so I know), I do not wish to use the app while it's unable to show me those Individual transactions. I also don't want to use the newer app because this one has a higher rating than the new one (which seems to have even more problems/glitches). Please fix this ASAP, hopefully before I start paying my bills. Thanks.
I’m very disappointed, I use the cash pick-up and it say failed transaction bứt it’s deducted on my saving . I email the costumer service on this and only the Auto Reply , it’s very hassle they say I’m going at my on branch and I’m still other province, just wow! Now I learn my lesson 😔😔😣
