Good job for driver And I need to have more options to take more photos because there are deliveries that need to take more than one photo because the space to place the items is small and the employees are already storing the items to have space to place more items , before there was this option of being able to take several photos.

Would give 0 stars if I could. If you are driving a cargo van or bigger stay far away from this app. Way many more options out there regardless. If you like making pennys for a days worth of work this is the app for you but don’t make any pit stops to use the bathroom, grab a bite to eat, nothing! The dispatch will call you all day as if they are breathing down your neck from whatever country they are in. I accepted a 10 stop delivery to see if routes are meant for my company and immediately regretted it. One of the deliveries were missing at pick up and the customer told dispatch that I misplaced it but couldn’t provide proof. Who’s side do you think Metrobi was on? Driver or customer? Long story short my payment went from $130 to $120 for the missed delivery (reasonable) to ZERO. They don’t care about you so make sure you’re driving perfectly out there or you will be blocked from the platform no strike system no nothing BBB is next I need my money

Why is it asking for credit card information I thought the all was free. Can someone let me know of this has happen to them

As a regular and a preferred driver for several clients, the issues I have been experiencing are quite frustrating. Customer service of course says to delete and reinstall the app. I do and nothing changes. The gliches are causing me to lose out on obtaining routes from my regulars. They end up calling me asking me what happened and how come I’m not delivering for them and all I can say is there are gliches with the app and there is no resolution. I’m hoping this can be looked into as a serious concern.

App is getting better. Having to take pictures of the building is unnecessary though. Sometimes it is hard to get a picture of a building, especially in traffic. Otherwise, no complaints but pay could be a tad bit better.

After just a few days of downloading the Metrobi app, I was accepted for my first and last gig. I received a phone interview/ orientation the day before my assignment. During this conversation I specifically asked, “Is the item heavy?” I was told No, it’s not heavy.👀 The day of delivery I was informed a few times that I would need a billing number to pick up the item. On my way there I still did not receive any documents, so 15 minutes before I arrived I decided to contact customer service and only then I received it. This document had the drop off location, which was my first time being aware of this address so I did the math and this entire trip would have been over 40 miles and it would have only paid $24. (Definitely not worth my time, gas, and mileage.) Here comes the worst part……….. I arrived to the pick up location and was told that the item is on a pallet, it weighs over 100 lbs so they would have to get a forklift to put it in my “suv”.🤯 I immediately called customer service to inform them of the situation and I asked “will there be a forklift at the drop off location to remove this pallet from my vehicle?”( I thought that was a reasonable question, I definitely did not want to be stuck with this pallet in my vehicle or probably would have to return it anyways back to the pick up location.) The customer service representative did not give me a definite answer so I asked him to call to verify they have a forklift so he told me he will call me back and he did, but he still did not call the other company. He then said he called but no one answered. At this time, it was very obvious to me that he was only concern about me completing the delivery (by any means necessary). Needless to say, I called customer service and asked to be removed from this order and expressed how disappointed I am in the way they handled this situation. I immediately uninstalled Metrobi app and deleted my personal information. I am absolutely not interested in ever picking up gigs with this company ever again. Honesty should be their best policy, but it’s obviously not. I immediately received this text from Metrobi “Call outs less than 4 hours to your scheduled pick up time result in immediate suspension of your Metrobi account. This severely effects the relationship with our customers and their receivers. If you provide evidence that an emergency occurred, we may consider reinstating your account.
