App is easy to use and I really like the voice prompts while running and the program seems great as I’m just getting going.
Love Chris and the programs I’ve seen in the app are great. But you better not have any questions about the programming or issues with the app because you will get radio silence. I have emailed twice, sent the same question twice through the app as they recommend & summited the question via technical support route. Not a single response or acknowledgment they even are seeing my inquiries. There are no other options available to reach out to someone. Poor customer experience.
Workouts a
The app crashes a ton, usually at close to end of workout and I lose everything. Have to start over. Haven’t had a workout save successfully yet
The latest update (which was announced with an in app notification) has started making the app crash in the middle of workouts. The worst part is the workout progress isn’t saved! This is very frustrating, as I’m not able to use the program I paid for.
Great tool and very convenient
Tried the program, I could tell quickly the recommendations were incredibly far off for the shape I was in. 30 dollars later I guess
I appreciate the personalized programming and GPS based pacing while running.
This app has been great for me! It has enabled me to focus more on the running and be present in the moment rather than having to put together a program and think about the next run, pace or effort. I hit start and follow the prompts with the in-run guidance it is helping me dial in my pace and personalized effort.
My timed runs have improved. I was able to hit my pi mile run in under a week and my strength has improved drastically. I’d recommend this app.
