App is very easy to use. Only question, is there a way to use my tap card’s value than to use my wallet?

Easy to use. Great rates. Wish the app had been updated to support displays with Face ID, but that doesn’t get in the way of its functionality, which I’ve never had a problem with. Hope more people ride Metro so we can have more subway extensions!

We use this app daily to pay for Metro commuter parking. Although I love the convenience one day it glitched which prevented the payment processing after we had left the vehicle. This resulted in a $57 parking citation.

This app fails to work about half the time for me. It will say there’s an an issue connecting to LA Metro when entering my TAP card number and it’s probably my internet connectivity. This isn’t the problem as usually I restart the phone and it works. There’s been times when LA Metro’s system is just down and they say to pay at the kiosk. I’m trying to catch the train here, just make the app work reliably.

Super easy to pay and access to your payment option.

I really wish all stations had this option to pay for parking the other day. I was any time crunch and I missed my train because the kiosk was malfunctioning being able to pay through this app has made my days more convenient by being able to just park and hop on the train, five stars all the way

Need your license plate, TaP card, and credit card to use it.

I enjoy parking using this app. Only place in the city where you can park for cheap and it’s safe.

Does not take my fsa transit card from HSAbank.

The Tap card readers frequently don't work and too many unscrupulous individuals ride for free on my dime: bums, the mentally ill, gangsters and thoughtless, disrespectful students. They all, more often than not, ride for free, subsidized by me. They place their filthy feet on seating, they play their phones out loud, they smoke weed and drink booze, they take two and three seats each with their garbage and they often act in a generally obnoxious fashion, all with impunity. I have not seen a sheriff or metro officer checking for violators and violations in well over a year.” PARKING AND METRO SHOULD BE COMBINED TOGETHER !!! BUT OF COURSE IS NOT SO THEY CAN GET YOU IF YOU FORGET TO PAY FOR PARKING EVEN YOU DONE IT FOR A YEAR THANK YOU METRO YOU ARE THE WORST
