Very confused workers with poor customer care
I boarded my bus for 4:20pm to Sakarya in the evening… then three Metro buses come at the same time and i asked one of the drivers and he tells me the city where i am going and the time i entered… only to find out he had put me in a wrong bus and it was among the other two that came along but then he said “farketmez” i relaxed…. He gave me a random seat and when the owner of the seat came he acted like he doesn’t know me and they threw me off the bus from Izmit station yet it was so near to Sakarya telling me to wait for my own true bus i was supposed to get…. I kept calm and waited for my own…. Another Metro bus came and they were still saying “yanlış otobus” like as if i fabricated a ticket or bus 🚮 and then they ended up throwing me on a random bus that was going… still calm i boarded… only to find out that the bus they made me board again wasn’t even going to Sakarya and they took me till Duzce station telling me how theyll get me another bus and I shouldn’t worry… i stayed calm… reaching Duzce station the driver just told me don’t look at me go get yourself a bus…. Still calm and confused almost crying i walked away and its only one kind driver from another company that took me in and ofcourse i had to pay extra money to board after wasting my money on Metro bus 🚮
