I love your classes and your instructors. All are very professional. I am relatively new to Yoga and in my late 70’s so have focused on those that emphasize breathing, stretching & relaxing poses. After a month I feel so much better. And I have learned a lot to help improve my strength & balance.

This is the best process for booking yoga classes I’ve ever experienced. I have practiced for decades, visiting dozens of studios across the country. It’s common to move from a homesite into MindBody or try to work w a studio’s own system, become frustrated, need numerous passwords and just decide to chance that there is room in the class instead of booking ahead. I like that it counts your classes and that I can have numerous studios open to compare my options. I highly recommend it!
