Slow app, uploaded pics almost never load, unusable and frustrating app

I was gifted this product from my cousin who is the orginal owner. Despite having all his information and original receipt. Support is non responsive in helping me unregister the device from his account so I can use. This device is nothing more than a piece of garbage due to lack of customer support

TOTALLY BROKEN!! Something happened a few weeks ago, where the canvas says it is no longer connected, but my home network says it is connected with an IP address (Canvas also says connected to WiFi). Tons of mentions on this on the Netgear forums. Support is useless as they won’t acknowledge the issue and instead ask questions that waste your time. This isn’t a cheap product. We deserve better!

After several years of flawless service, the frame no longer is taking photo updates and cannot be configured remotely. Online it looks like has been a problem since early October and has been acknowledged. Everything looks good on my end. Please fix!

Love my Meural …..HATE the iOS app - worst app ever when it comes to troubleshooting. Continually freezes, has incorrect info, impossible to use if there’s an issue. And for heaven’s sake, get rid of the gesture controls on the canvas - they NEVER work - and add controls to the app!

Meural app will not connect to canvas after iOS upgrade to 18.0 I get an IP address but status says Server: Offline Please fix this!

There’s no excuse for this.

Long story short, I would love to start using the app, it looks well made, but I can’t connect my Meural, and it’s been a month since I first contacted Netgear for help. I bought this secondhand, and they need proof of a serial number to unregister it from the previous owner and register it to my account, but there is no serial number that I can find on the device, and it’s been almost a week since I’ve asked them where I can find it… I would love some help. 😂

I had to change the power cord of the panel, and the app doesn’t synch. What you see is not what you get…

Totally useless. No ability to bulk edit/delete photos. Yes, you can select multiple, but only one at a time to build the selection. No select all. No ability to sort Photos albums, so tyring to find the right album to link from the random list is a pain. Photos don't upload from linked albums - freezes all the time. They don't sync. I put only 5 photos in a test album, and it could only see 2 of them. All the same format and size. If you can find any other way to display your photos do it. I regret spending the money.
