Since a few days ago “System error” prompt shows when trying to save “tap to run”

It is good that more and more devices can be supported in this app. All Tuya devices can be added in too. I recommend it.

I had numerous prolink ipcamera. The best one was a decade ago, PIC1003W & PIC1007W. Now I’m using their latest product with mEzee with smart plug. The latest update show the daily usage as blobs & need to tap to see the actual. Just a version earlier show it in line graph with values clearly display. From that, I know what was going on. Now, I see grey blobs here and there. No idea what is the average usage. The latest update just show how Prolink like to change for the sack of changing. Don’t kill a good product just because you want to. Instead, improve on it.

Last update was 3 months back. Zero bug fix and now my iPad is unable to connect. Super laggy and unresponsive app.

Do you have any physical switch to control the light?

Recent app update. Alarm> select view> instead of going to playback to view, it is always heading back to live camera view. Super unfriendly. We have to see the timestamp, and manually scroll through the hours of playback.

User friendly and easy to setup.

We use the Prolink camera to monitor our baby and sometimes the app crashes on our old iPad mini which means at times monitoring stops. I’m not sure if it’s a software issue or that my iPad is relatively older.

I feel the cameras r great which also happens to be the reason I bulked purchased more than 10 cameras, but who knows in the middle of the night it goes offline for all cameras, and then all cameras disappeared off ur app like u never installed any. And this is without touching any option or even doing anything, it just got wiped out. What happens if it’s so crucial now when I need to check the baby and when I’m not home?! Honestly waiting for a reply from the team if not this is unacceptable and prob even need a refund since it won’t be working on the app even?!

Bought a few cameras to monitor baby. Camera is good but at some house the signal is not strong enough then always cant display anything, cant connect as compared to other brand. Once of the IP Camera that I bought also no slot for the memory card, its a defect from factory. Prolink can replace it, but you need to go to their office on weekday office hours. Overall is ok.
