…one would think that a large hotel group would want an app that works for international guests as well. Nope. Can’t check in as it doesn’t accept neither Swedish passport nor Swedish driver’s license. Would have saved time to inform user what countries’ IDs that it accepts.
Useless. Did not speed up the process.
Unable to book a room. The screen goes white.
Don’t have the latest iOS16. Unable to access the APP at all. No option for people who are not up to date with their phones. Very annoying.

App is nice and all, works well, the only stupid part is that they will have you do mandatory update when you are sitting at the parking gate, or else you cannot have access to parking at all.
Guess this is from Amazon buying them? Mile long line at check in; they encourage you use “the app” which is simply a nightmare. Regret booking our wedding here
Since the update, the cannot do a mobile check in for singular rooms! If you have rooms booked at different properties within a day or two, it checks you in at both with SAME arrival time and guests! This us a HUGE problem that needs addressing
