Mi LUMA

This app is really bad for the second time i have made a payment with my regular account and it rejects it only to know that I have been charged a rejection fee I always pay with the same amount. App is really bad,bad service.

One of the worst company ever in electricity they don’t care about the people of the island every day people in the island are struggling with the day by day power outage, and yet nobody knows what is happening.

Es muy útil hasta que tratas de actualizarla. Es un imposible hacerlo, y no te queda más remedio que irte por la vieja forma de hacerlo, por teléfono, en alguna oficina de Luma. Bien decepcionada

After I updated the app, all outages disappeared. How convenient for Luma.

Shocking for a company that makes millions but can’t afford a reliable app.

300% increase on electric bill since they came along.

La aplicación es buena y simple para hacer los pagos. NO OBSTANTE, al momento de crear las querellas se queda loading por mucho tiempo y luego dice que hay un “error” al reportar. Lo que causa que deba volver a realizar la querella por segunda vez y ahí sube el reporte.

Van 2 meses que no me llega las facturas de luz para pagarla, entré en la aplicación a ver si me deja pero no me deja entrar a mi cuenta y tampoco me deja crear una nueva

There are NO WORDS in any language in the UNIVERSE to describe the INEPTITUDE, INEFFICIENCY, the absence of EVERYTHING, etc,etc,etc of LUMA PUERTO RICO. It’s DISRESPECTFUL and INSULTING. They do it, because there is no OTHER CHOICE.

It works simply, in other words, if you don't want to pay, we're going to charge you anyway...because if you press the pay button and leave the option for just a moment, you can no longer pay, and you have to try again, in practical terms, another day when you remember...moreover, it doesn't have options for automatic payments...it has a cool option to see which towns are out of service, but I don't find it practical; since if the power goes out in my house, I'm going to realize it immediately, I don't have to open the app to check 🫤 because it will be obvious to see the neighborhood without power...they should focus the app on more essential and practical things..."
