Poorly designed, almost impossible to zero in on articles I am most interested in. Way overdue for new App team.

The Herald was just barely hanging on for me before this update. At least it read like a real paper. This new update has totally destroyed the Herald for me. Most of the articles are repeated or old. No real flow. Steep subscription price. Good-Bye Miami Herald.

I got the Miami Herald for coverage that I really wanted. But the recent update deleted all my ability to customize the subjects I want. Happily my subscription is almost up so I cancelled it.

Must delete and reinstall daily… Keep expecting them to fix, but if it doesn’t happen soon I’m canceling my subscription Update: despite developer’s promises STILL CRASHES EVERY TIME— truly horrendous app

I have a subscription and the app doesn’t allow me to read articles. Fix it soon or you will lose a customer. Not paying for news I can’t read.

This latest app update we were forced into has NO Saturday edition? For $264 a year, now only 6 days a week. I PREFER to read in newspaper format not unorganized app format. I am definitely canceling before my subscription is renewed. Thanks for saving me all that money.

Awful! I always use the “print” format but now in this new app, I can’t “tap to read” articles in it anymore, which I realize is to force the ads down our throats but is a nuisance when I’m are forced to scroll forward then back then forward again, all the time trying to remember what page I was on! Why do you tamper with something that was ok to begin with? RESTORE THE “TAP TO READ” PROMPT!!!!

I updated to the most current version. Now I can’t open articles because it does not let me sign in to my subscription!

I have to delete and reload app at least once a week to unfreeze content loading. Other papers have much better apps. Why not our Herald? Seems like management would have done something about this by now. Super expensive subscription rate too.

Horrible app. Hire a company to create a decent app and while you’re at it, hire writers to produce more content. Yo represent our hometown.
