The application very older interfaces and slow loading and they are not friendly always got bugs

Immediately solved login issues. Very easy process and friendly customer service representative

Can you hire someone who actually knows how to do their jobs? Keep crashing, unable to even login.

Only one password & id provided for multiple users/devices. ID & password cannot be login at the same time with multiple devices for the insurance holder & spouse.

I don’t like : - the way we have to login in your app. I need to do copy-paste. It doesn’t work with Apple’s password manager. - the way we need update your app. You always block me from even using the app when it requires an update which is probably not a critical one. You only ask for the update after we login. After we update, we need to copy paste the credentials again. - the tiny letters on some pages that are unreadable to people with lower vision. It doesn’t follow WCAG standards. It doesn’t follow the Malaysian law which says every business should make necessary adjustements for its services and products to o be equally and easily accessible to everyone. This is one of the most unpleasant apps in my phone. I hope you could improve it

It is 2023 now. I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro and on 5G but this app is so slow and buggy. The devs behind this app really need to take a long hard look at their lives. This is unacceptable

Maps to locate panel clinic doesnt work. Att to the company, fix your app and website. The website looks like its from 2002 and app design is extremely faulty. Took 30mins to find a clinic cus had to use the chat feature instead and wait for an agent and even the agent took a long time. I dont even trust the app to secure my data when the design is so cheap and poorly done
