Michael Kors Access

Does nothing. Download the MK access app and it doesn’t pair with the watch you need a different app. Download that app and it pairs with the watch but that’s it. You don’t get notifications on your watch. Doesn’t do anything. Rubbish. The watch is pretty but pretty expensive for a watch I thought it was supposed to be a smart watch. I get more from my garmin.

Have had this watch for a week which I was so excited about considering it looks beautiful but is also a smart watch. I have walked between 8000 a 10000 steps a day and all but one days it only counted to 600 steps. I have changed the battery I case this was the problem and have also emailed support twice with no reply. Really really disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service for a clearly faulty item. I can’t return it because I bought it from the USA and I’m in Ireland so I’m out a big amount of money for absolutely nothing

My activity tracker won’t sync to the app. The bracelet is pretty but a waste of money as it doesn’t actually work as a tracker .

Very hard to pair up the device

It crashes a lot, but good when it’s working..

Not easy to use. I don't get anything out of it. Very disappointed

This watch is amazing watch and It has stylish look and been got lot of compliments having it on my wrist and it works really good when you at the meeting or busy at a function.i do love it 😊

I have been using this watch with my iPhone 13 Pro Max for two years. A recent update on my iPhone made the watch not compatible for text messaging. So I am unable to receive text message notification on the watch only calls and other apps that are not as important. I am completely disgusted because I don't like Apple watches. I love the Michael Kors watch because it looks like a regular watch yet being a smart watch. Gotta find something else gotta move on.
