The app is unable to do a search for my local store. Without finding a particular store the rest of the app is completely non functional. It is not possible to do a general search to see what sort of stuff Michaels carries. If I want to find out if a certain product is one Michaels typically carries it cannot be done. The app is completely useless.
I had the app, but I often got booted out and had to change my password more times than I should have. Now I can’t log in at all nor can I create a new account. I can only guess that Michael’s doesn’t want my business. “Shrug”
The app refuses to let me log into my account saying my account is inactive but the Michaels third party company sends me (tell us how we did emails) super frustrating……with how much they charge for there products you would think there app would work with out problem
Can't open the app at all, it crashes all the time. Was fine until the last update. My phone is updated and have no issues with my other apps.

The new mobile app is quite flawed compared to the previous. There are a lot of inconveniences when navigating the app; such as returning back to your initial search results, only to be brought back to the main page—which is annoying and deters me from utilizing the app. The coupons don’t calibrate well when checking out; I would rather see the discount applied when it’s in my cart, rather than only see if when I’m inserting my payment details. I have to keep singing back in to see my “membership” and coupons, but I’m already signed in, but it keeps asking for it. Just overall, very poor UI. It needs more buffering and user testing before being fully launched. There’s a lot of inconveniences that will cause a wide variety of demographics to defer from using this new app.
Error message postal code and province don’t match!!!! This app worked once before and processed my order now it won’t let me finalize my order. The helll? Why do companies shun Canadians. I hope they extend this sale at least one more day so I can use the website.
I was using this app for a couple of years when one day it had been updated. Who on earth designed this new version? Was their intent to make as many changes in one go as possible while simultaneously ensuring that all functional options be as hidden as possible? Because that is what was accomplished here! Never have I seen such a horrible “upgrade”, extremely user unfriendly. But then again, this is the same company that installed the worst self checkout registers as well, so maybe they’re just trying to make us stop buying stuff?
Since the new app was launched I cannot place any orders or even add to the cart among other things. Called them numerous times, sent the info they requested via email many times, and nearly 2 months later, it still isn’t working.
