The system has my current email address, and used it to let me reset my password, but then requires me to use an address and password that I have had for 15 years or more. I expect much more from my alma mater. Get your act together guys!

This app is so glitchy. Freezes often when listening to the radio. Is slow to play or won’t start at all. It’s incredibly frustrating! Please update the glitches on radio streaming.

Bad. Bad. Bad…. So bad! Audio will not stream steadily, even when connect to home WiFi where it’s capable of streaming multiple TV’s at once. Please do better quickly!

Cuts out regularly. You never get more then a few minutes without the feed going out for a random amount of time.

Like some others have said, the audio streaming pauses every 10 to 20 seconds, even when I’m connected to my home, high speed Wi-Fi. I don’t live in Michigan anymore so I like to be able to listen to the games but it’s just not possible with this app. I literally have to download the app for our opposing team and listen to the games that way. I have not called support but what a shame that others have found that to be a pointless pursuit. Denying the issue doesn’t mean there isn’t an issue. Do better.

App is barely usable. Every time you navigate away for even the shortest amount of time, it closes out the page and activity you were on and reverts to the main page, which makes it incredibly difficult and error prone to use any of the ticket management functions. It’s as if no one designing the app has ever used it or designed similar app functions. Terrible. An embarrassment to the university.

This app constantly crashes and the color scheme is horrible. Not easy to navigate at first and ticket portal is nearly impossible to use. I see no reason anyone would recommend this app and I’m surprised they released it in this stage. Needs major improvement.

App seems barely functional on IPad. Streaming audio continually pauses and is unlistenable. Seems better on IPhone, but not useable on some platforms.

A list of the roster brought up 5 players. It doesn’t look like they even tested it before releasing it.
