Unstable
Headphones constantly disconnect for no reason while on a phone call. Very frustrating! And the app will not recognize the headphones even when they are paired and connected to iPhone.

No computer!
You should have computers!!!!!!
Broken App
It has never been a great experience but it looks like the app is just fully broken now. Yes, I can pair my Surface headphones via Bluetooth, but without the app, I am unable to adjust any of the audio settings and I very much enjoyed that EQ customization capability.
Surface Ear Buds
Was really enjoying my ear buds until the left one stopped working. Tried unpairing and repairing and still won’t work. Not much help available.
Worthless
I got the app to see if it would update my headphones. My audio cuts out, as if it can’t keep up with my music. So I download the app and it won’t get past the “scanning” part. Garbage.
