i have complaint for services for my inverter,till now none of their technician has call me for services,they are telling to wait 3 more days,i am in dark room due to unavailability of electricity in my room,and they have no effect about customer trouble,i am regretting after buying microtek product,so i requested to all please don't buy their product for good services,they have very bad services😡

This app is as worst as their after sales service.

Registration not happening. OTP not functional. What the hell is this app for. Team Microtek it’s not expected out of you. Please fix this guys. Competition may kill for non-tech savvy corporates.

Login not working. Not able to generate the OTP. Signup also not working.

App crashes

Otp funtion does not work and unable to log in and raise a ticket on the app. Needs to be fixed!

When one calls the customer care they ask you to register complaint through the app. While on the app they have provided phone number to call and register the complaint Not able to login or register with another number.

It doesn’t let you register and then doesn’t let you register complaints without signing in, because you could not register in the first place. And when you call the customer care number they ask you to register on the app. What a pathetic vicious useless loop.
