A few years ago I disliked Mid Oregons phone app but they have made a lot of improvements lately and the app works great and many new features that I like.

I’ve had nothing but positive experience with Mid Oregon. There well trained staff. Hope to continue with them for many years to come. I have been there many years. They have helped me in all banking needs. Customer service top notch. Natille in Prineville is my best helper. Henry Helmholtz.

Using the app makes it easy to review my account on the go. Especially useful for monitoring my child’s account who is learning spending and savings. The customer service is outstanding!

The girls at the Madras branch are very attentive. They know your name. When you get up to the teller she already has the account pulled up and is ready to do whatever transaction you need. I’m very happy with their service.
