This app is an absolute god send, 🥹 the days I feel very down I can go to the educational videos and get comfort from these and know that I’m not alone and it’s ok to feel the way I do as everyone’s grief journey is different.

This is a brilliant community for artists! Thankyou Tim and all artisans 🫡

Easy access for all I need to know once I had worked round the site

I’ve been using this with an online community for maybe 3 years now and it is good. Blend of community, chat, and courses is very versatile, but with some glitches. Occasionally it freezes- possible buffering with network signal- and sometimes the video upload fails and stalls, but mostly it works beautifully.

impossible to access the community i pay for and no way to ask for help. can’t get passed the loading screen when opening app

Been using this app for over a year now and this annoying bug(?) persists. While watching a video in full screen mode - if I touch the screen in to the left of the skip back 10 seconds button, the screen blanks but audio continues. The only way I can get the video back is by quitting the app, re-launching it and play the video again. Thankfully it restarts where it left off. But very annoying!

Mighty is amazing . I literally need it to access the 2 most important communities in my life right now .

I’m unhappy with the app. And it begins to make me angry and to ask for money back from the business which uses your app. The latest and worst issue began before yesterday. There is no way for me to watch the video “ ... ” in “ ...” to the end. The video simply stops playing and becomes unresponsive. It is not my equipment. It happens on my new Windows laptop and the IPad I bought last year. This issue also doesn’t occur on any other platform. WordPress and Substack also have apps. It is no problem to watch videos there (YouTube and Vimeo). The next issue: The link “Saved Posts” in “Profile” contains nothing except for the remark “Looks like you don’t have any saved posts”. I definitely created articles and find them in the feed but not in “Saved posts” Last issue: Hashtags are implemented in a way that they fail their purpose. They should be displayed in the post. For coherence, comments/replies should inherit the hashtag of the post. The creation of hashtags should be restricted. I detailed the problem in “Tech Support” yesterday. *** told me that I can just search and don’t need the hashtags. Why then does it flash and demand “Add hashtag” as if it is of major importance? Can it be disabled if useless? New issue: Hitting “Enter” suddenly no longer creates a new line or paragraph it interprets the “Enter” key as a comand to send.

I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of consideration for disabled users in the design of this app or the browser-based version. This has prevented me from engaging with a professional network that adopted this app for comms - particularly frustrating when they’re a network promoting inclusion. I know they raised these access concerns with you some time ago, but there’s been no improvement in the app’s accessibility. The text is tiny and the colour contrast between text and background is poor. There are no accessibility options within the app to change font size and, although I have Large Text enabled on my iPhone, this app does t have dynamic text, so the font remains stubbornly small. It is so important that app and website designers learn about how they can make their work accessible to everyone and embed accessibility in at the design stage. Nearly 1 in 4 people in the UK are disabled, so that’s a lot of people to ignore!
