Why the game look like this
Bad developers / support
This game constantly has bugs. The developers are leaving known bugs without taking care of them, like the matching system of the guild wars. Small guilds will find themselves fighting rich and powerful players. And you'll end up fighting an entire week for nothing. I used to spend on this game on a daily level. Probably over a 2000$... in game purchases. And one day I had a coin I saved - deleted just like that. I've spent over 100$ and a week of hard playing to save it, yet they ignored it. So now I only help my guild, but I've lost the will to play. I've never seen a game with so many cheaters, poor support, and bad guild war matching system. And eventually I will probably quit in the next month or so after the way they responded to me. I've been playing for a year and a half. A total waste of time and money. If you haven't downloaded the game - Don't.

Scam??? Paid and didn’t get the treasures.
Looks like scam - I’ve tried to pay and get the gem pack and transaction was successful but haven’t received the treasures. Tried to contact customer support and they replied with generic answer, but no refund or gems were recieved. After another customer support inquire they just started to ignore me. My iD is QJFHFU due to real horrible support and wasting money I’ll try to contact Apple to get refund and block these unresponsible guys.
