Migraine Tracker: MiG

I love the simple look, and it was pretty easy to use. I would recommend that the app let you set the time that the migraine starts and ended just because when we feel that bad, we don’t realize how long the episode lasted, and also adding way to save it as a draft, would be nice, sometimes you want to add an episode and it’s not over yet

This is a comprehensive app for tracking your migraines, including walking you through each step of identifying where the pain is located, possible triggers, relieve methods you have used, etc. The app is user friendly and generates data on what you’ve inputted. I am currently working with my doctor to find the right medication for my migraines and I can’t wait to go to my next appointment and show her the data generated from this app! Honestly the app’s features makes it feel like a paid app, but it’s free! It never pesters you to do a free trial or upgrade. There are no ads or annoying popups. It’s a simple and beautiful app that does what it needs to do with no annoying ads and popups that other free apps have.

This app is simple to use and very useful

I downloaded this app after it was suggested to me by a member of the VA clinic near me. So far, it’s been a big help for tracking my migraines to show my PCM. I’m still learning many of the features, so I’ll do an update later.

I love this app, I have had headaches all of my life and I can never keep count of how many I get and this helps so much. If you have headaches and your doctor said to keep track, you have to get it. Helps so much.

This is a wonderful tool for helping track migraines. It’s incredibly detailed, you can customize your symptoms, treatment methods, medications, as well as a lot of other things. You can keep a little note of what was happening at the time and what you felt, it’s just a super useful tracking journal that I’m able to bring with me wherever I go.

I like that this app is easy to use even during a migraine. It allows me to put in the bare minimum so I can keep track of when things are happening. Highly recommend.

Super customizable and very easy to use. Can log either very detailed or very quick version of attack which is reallyhwlpful, along with being ableto customize menus.

Finally a free app to track my migraines. Very helpful to understand triggers and see data to better understand an attack and also clusters.
