Cute robot
My son loves his Miko. Not what I expected when I purchased it. Thought there would be more engagement and follow through. However, my son is entertained by the stories, music and games when he plays with it. Needed support and it was a breeze.
Scam
Run, don’t walk. Don’t go anywhere near this app, toy, company, etc.
Zero functionality
The help page gives you false information screenshots that are not actually on the app. I paid for a subscription but there is no way to activate it. App Store: please remove this app!
Amazing but max is expensive and cable doesn’t work
This toy and app is awesome!!!!! My daughter has had so much fun with the toy and I love the feature that I can control the robot when I am calling Miko! My daughter’s favourite things to do with Miko are: playing tidbits time, playing freeze dance, painting together, talking together, reading the wolf and the 7 little goats, and doing the adventures. But the cable they gave us didn’t work. And miko turned on and off automatically when charging. Also max is very expensive but If I don’t pay for it there is almost nothing to do with miko.
Content partners - Disney and a bunch of same things we were trying to avoid
Instead of intuitive learning, I see that the same content (cartoons, Disney ) partnership driven to kids already delivered by overwhelming set of devices / platforms/ so called toys and such repeated here. Thought to gift couple to my near and dear kids …. No more after knowing what this really is.
No longer Unique
I got Miko for my daughter because it was unique and has only educational and interactive activities, however over time they have upgraded Miko to include apps like KidoodleTV, Disney and Lingokids, the same things I was trying to restrict my daughter’s access to. All these new additions to Miko wasn’t worth it.

This app is bad worst than bad. I bought the toy a year ago. Tried to return it no luck. Tried customer service no luck. Now they re charged me for a one year subscription although I cancelled it. WORST TOY AND APP EVER
Stay away!!
Both product and app are unintuitive and poorly designed. The AI tech is outdated and the unit is very very slow to respond. The app is glitchy and clicking on some screens you only get a black screen. Waste of time, now I need to return it.
Cheap made, not connected to Wi-Fi, bad support
Horrible product, don’t buy, and if you bought, these guys would make all kinds of excuses not to refund. Horrible, horrible, horrible
