Thinking it’s tracking my trips but it’s not. Been paying every month but it’s been logged out all the time & I have to confirm the subscription. No km tracked..

It started out well but has been poor the last 4 months

Good concept for an app but accuracy isn’t quite there and it drains the battery pretty quick if you turn on the background tracking. Some journeys just don’t show up

Been using the manual tracking function and after 1 month I was locked out and unable to access any of my trips without purchasing a subscription. Not interested in the automatic tracking feature as I found this to be tedious and often lost trips on account of the close out process. Is a good application but plenty of other applications that offer manual tracking for free. It would be appreciated if my expense report for the month could be provided.

Apps great, I purchased the yearly subscription so it tracks your trips for you. All I have to do is batch check them all to business kms. My issue is a just recently updated the app and it deleted all the previous financial years worth of kms and I’m in the middle of doing my taxes for last financial year. There’s no where I can see to contact the developers via email or call to try and figure out what happen. Right here on the App Store is my best bet to reach them I don’t even know the real name of the app tbh I couldn’t find a website or anything online

The app won’t load after I took out a subscription

Great app. Exactly what I have been looking for.

The support has been good, the devs are quick to respond but for me after 6 months of trialing I have just not found the app to reliably track all my trips. While it seems to be ok using a Bluetooth connection missing only a few trips in 5 months and having only a few dropouts where the journey misses maybe 15km and draws a straight line in the map, since I switched to a CarPlay enabled stereo I have missed many trips randomly. The consensus from the dev is the stereo is at fault but I suspect something else is going on but haven’t time to dig. Also, the app cannot log trips if you have no phone reception even tho gps is available which makes it a bit useless in central Australia where days are missed and needs to be manually logged. While the suggestion from the dev to manually enter trips is fair, my old paper and pen didn’t cost $7 a month to use so for me I’ll be switching back to a simple and reliable method.

This really is a fantastic app. I’ve searched for many instances to find an app that actually records as accurately as this one, but on the odd occasion it has a missed recording a trip but not very often. Obviously if you check your log every few days it shouldn’t be too hard to add one in manually if it has missed one but I’ve only had to do that once or twice The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is it does appear to be hungry on batteries as I have a new iPhone 12 and does not get me through the day. As long as I have it plugged into a charger in the car when I’m driving this resolves that problem. Great work guys, best app I’ve come across for ATO compliant mileage logging software.

Paid for a subscription, set up all the correct settings and nothing has been tracked. Tried emailing support and the email address isn't valid. Direct from the website. I want my money back
