Miles - Travel, Shop, Get Cash

They have updated the system multiple times within the last few months and it keeps getting worse. The gift cards are constantly sold out and, as of a recent update, cost 10,000 points for $5 instead of 10,000 for $10. They also recently removed the Ulta cards from the app, which also removed the two gift cards I had saved in the app from before. I’m very frustrated at this point and it’s starting to feel like it’s not worth it at all.

I have been accumulating over a year’s amount of miles. they suddenly took away all my points due to inactivity. i use the app at least once a week so i contacted them for help. the reply: a blank email. so frustrating…

What’s the point of earning the miles if we can’t get a gift card? The app has went down hill so much.

Randomly lost over a 100k+ miles talked to support and told it would be escalated, never received a reply or resolution. App is not worth it when you can loose all your miles at any given time randomly.

The Miles app usually doesn’t work. If you try to earn miles by your trips or answering trivia questions you will immediately find problems. For instance, the ads usually don’t work and they will only offer a very small number of miles without watching them. As for the trivia questions, you will find that many of them have the wrong answers. There is no easy way to report these incorrect answers in the app and you will simply be marked wrong and penalized even though you have a correct verified answer.

Ridiculous. Completely unresponsive support, policies and offerings change without any rhyme or reason. The time limits on redemptions (even with a paid subscription) are absurd and when combined with the laggy and glitchy app interface make the chances of actually redeeming for anything worthwhile laughably low. The cash redemptions are obscenely priced. The offers are insulting, but at least you can spend ~$15 for enough points to have a chance at a $5 gift card 🙄

When they first opened up the app, I think I was one of the first people on it. It was really good collect miles and then I could use that to enter into sweepstakes and stuff, but like other people have said now they want you to pay for it, they give you all this other stuff And they said limited quantity on gift cards. Well, maybe you’re just too small and making too much money and you’re not giving the people that actually use the app and rewards so I’m canceling mine too and just getting rid of it it’s just not worth it anymore. It’s too much work and there are much other apps out there that are better than this one it’s the problem once they started making money. They decided to make even more money and they got greedy. Shame on you. So I haven’t used it in months. And they say my miles are expiring. I still didn’t know they were even tracking my miles. Go to login and they say that they’re having problems and I’ll be able to login when they get them what a joke. They wrote me a message saying sorry about your trouble. And pretty much blowing me off like I said before in the beginning, they were awesome. Now I hate to say it little too big and got greedy so I’m out

They recently updated and make it extremely difficult to use the app to acquire gift cards unless you’re paying for one of the subscriptions. It is also constantly glitching and freezing. I just tried answering several trivia questions and it played the ad just fine but then would freeze on the question not allowing me to answer then it will finally unfreeze and say I timed out.

Can’t communicate through emails. The app is messing up.. so many issues, the trivia is messing up now they only give you 1 mile for incorrect Answer really which is supposed to be 10 miles… There’s so many problems not worth it….!!!! Also, I keep getting notices about trivia but when I went into the app all the trivia questions are answered already so… UPDATE UPDATE…THIS APP IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE!!! App not good anymore… I would give 0 stars if I can…now doesn’t even want to recognize that I finish the trivia questions!!! So disappointing… This app is trash!!

Used to be a great app. Now if you aren’t consumed with the app they clear out your miles. I lost 80k miles. They also do 20 miles per trip now as a given not what was traveled. Don’t waste your storage space
