They attract people with a referral bonus then once you’re signed up they cancel your order saying they can no longer honour the promotion

Possibly the slowest most glitchy app I’ve used! Took me almost an hour to complete an order after trying several times. Also every house in my parents road is on their sign up list apart from my parents house!

Slow , Clunky and it’s impossible to sign up and I keep getting a blank screen

For quite some time now I’ve had problems with being unable to add items to my basket on the iphone version, whereas it works fine on the ipad. This is quite frustrating as I’m unable to make last moment changes or additions when out. Would love the app to be fully functional again.

The app does not recognise my credentials, despite them being correct. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times to no avail. Deleted app and now use their website.

Not even a great app takes longer to register.. buffing circle ..

Pro: Much improved intuitive interface after a long time since ordering. Con: Changing order doesn't work, keeps taking more money!! Takes immediate £ for what I added, takes 3-5 days to refund items removed. Opened app next day, items added are NOT showing. Cancelled order. Skint, no bread ☹️

Won’t let me set up an account because this address has been used by a previous resident. Needed an order for tomorrow wouldn’t waste my time in the future Tried setting up a new account, still won’t let me. Phoned customer service and spent 6 mins repeating my postcode. Then she kept asking for my street number , and rejected my street name ?!?!?’

Much simpler to just leave a note out for the milkman & not regulated by a timescale ! ! ! All of these so called efficiency measures are not efficient for us the customer especially when websites are changed ”updated “ all in the name of so called “ progress “……….. I started ordering milk (almost 50yrs ago)to be delivered to my door because I have a strong ethos that milk should be from a local farm, should give a local person a job and maintain a sense of community ie the milkman is part of a local working community. & it’s all hand in glove. Don’t go down the supermarket route please
