I purchased a subscription in this game, which clearly stated that I would pay only half, 48 CHF, for the first month, and 97 CHF from the following month. Instead, I was immediately charged 97 CHF, the full amount, and received nothing in return. I contacted customer support, and despite providing all the required evidence, I have not received a response for over a week. This is unacceptable, and I feel scammed. I strongly advise against making any purchases in this game until these issues are resolved.

Million of BUG

Bellino il gioco ma ha così tanti BUG che non funziona proprio assurd… si mandano truppe per poi scomparire non si vedono le isole… avvolte Crash la app mentre si gioca… quando il gioco sta in background per molto tempo dopo bisogna completamente chiuderlo se lo si prova ad aprire ti da un errore di una sessione già aperta… per non parlare delle notifiche degli attacchi che arrivano dopo che già ti hanno attaccato e avvolte non arrivano proprio…. Assurdo da uscire pazzi….

Pay to win

Being a weapon master priced with sapphire makes this game unappealing and poor. Having auto clothes on should be a default. Artificially making the game worse to incentivize purchases is unattractive when the game is already heavily pay-to-win. For sure, no one from management or development has played with manually swiping the armors on a mobile phone.

Good design but too many bugs

I really like the design of the game and that ptw doesn‘t help much, but it has a lot of bugs which aren’t fixed and support doesn‘t even respond on my requests. I don‘t even know what spaghetti code they wrote, but such a simple game with that many bugs idk…

I love the game but I don‘t have much time to play… you still get some progress but as soon as you are in Diamond or Plat you just can‘t achieve anything, which means you get bad Rewards… so I have to play all the time against much better Player and that means that I don‘t have big chances… so its not really a game which you can play when you don‘t have lots of free time but I still like it tho

Fun game

Fun game but still alot of bugs and flaws that only get fixed slowly

Risk but faster

I recommend the Game, since it feels like a faster Risk without Turn order. I also like the expedition’s who remind me of Fallout Shelter when you send out your Survivor’s. Till now i don’t see pay to win, but i am always ready to immediately leave a game when it is like that. You can of course already buy ingame stuff for like 100 of dollars to be stronger, so it is unequal. But which game isn’t? But i very much like the fact that you can’t attack someone who is much weaker than you. Cool mechanic! My only problem is, that everyone is talking/writing Turkey. I can’t find any English or German talking people. If that is a server thing, please add me to another one. My stars would go up to 4, maybe even 5 if that changes.
