Big mistake to work with them! I’m an owner. It’s been 2 months now since I don’t get access to my account on the platform. They just can’t fix this issue. Not even with the password reset is not working. At the same time, they do no fulfill their obligations to have all the utilities paid in time and, of course, being locked out I can’t complain. Smart, isn’t it?

Been using Milluu to rent my apartment for an year now, the road was a bit bumpy at the beginning, however after a bit things started to settle - they assisted me with everything I needed, I did have some issues with the tenants - that was due to their lack of seriousness, however is contract bound so they will have to pay their dues. Making it legal sometimes has it’s perks and Milluu assured me they can help with all the matters.

They charge so many fees.

O echipa cu o foarte slaba comunicare, problemele am fost nevoit sa mi le rezolv singur desi primeau un comision pentru a oferi garantie si confort chiriasului, am renuntat la aceste servicii pe motiv ca indiferent ce problema aveam de rezolvat trebuia sa ma descurc singur, am primit un apartament cu o curatenie doar la suprafata, un apartament plini de gandaci desii ei spuneau ca au facut dezinsectie periodic. Sunt 3 membrii cu care nu am reusit niciodata sa ajung la un acord decat daca vorbeau banii. Foarte dezgustat de aceste servicii nu o sa fie nici macar ultima recomandare, cea mai proasta experienta cu o agentie…
