MIND DIVE is a meditation and yoga App based on the successful program of Meditation For Daily Stress, created by Michel Pascal, and developed for the parolees, and faculty at Amity Foundation LA. Eighty percent of the Amity parolees have experienced life changing results, finding jobs and rebuilding their families and never returning to prison. This is the highest success rate of parolees in America.
MIND DIVE has a powerful search feature called “My Mood.” You can use this to find resources in the app to help you based on how you are feeling, how you want to feel, what you are interested in right now.
All the content is video based and you can listen or watch depending on where you are and what you need.
