MindBar is your gym to strengthen your mental health. MindBar combines on-demand therapy classes, exercises created by licensed therapists, and live group therapy cohorts to give you one convenient and enjoyable way to reduce anxiety, increase emotional intelligence, and meet like-minded people along the way.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
A MindBar membership costs $6 per month or $60 per year. The average cost of therapy today is $150 for a single session. Your MindBar membership includes unlimited access to therapy classes led by the world's best licensed therapists, counselors, & coaches, therapist-created workbooks & reflection exercises, live workshops every month with our licensed professionals to dive deeper, and connection to a like-minded community of people coping with similar issues in a non-judgemental setting. You can cancel your membership at any time.
