Why change something when it’s working perfectly? The old version worked. This one doesn’t. I can’t log in to my yoga classes anymore. It’s awful

After finding my provider and logging in I'm faced with a cream coloured screen that tells me the time. Nothing else happens generally speaking. Useless at this point. Hope the website is better. This needs much more work.

It used to work fine on an old version of iOS but since the update I can't log in properly to book classes. Instead of that I am getting logged in as a studio owner to manage studio's bookings. Very random. I let my yoga studio know because it seems there's been a security glitch somewhere in the software that hasn't been patched up if anyone can create an account within the app and go to a chosen studio's settings and mess with them. Random.

The lack of surname causes repeated delays, uncertainty and incorrect registration in classes. Confusion and irritation is not good at yoga class sign in!

Tried signing in but it keeps taking me back to sign in page after entering user and password.

Utterly Useless. I can’t even successfully sign in. Delete.

Wish there was more accessibility to different settings. Especially could use a dark mode or power saver mode. Otherwise, it accomplishes everything it needs to. Just really drains battery

MINDBODY : please fix your app so it actually works and stop making studio owners lives more difficult 😩

I signed up last night and I have tried several times to log in and it does not recognize me. There is NO way to reset password or username in the screen or even to ask for help! So today I went back to the App Store and found a place to get help and to write a review. I tried2 times to add my email to reset my password and both times received a message to look in my email. I never received any email from this company. I did check my spam folder, junk folder and have found nothing. TSo that is when I decided to leave this review. I’m not happy and I hope the gym owner does not have to pay for your terrible service. I think my din could of built a better app when he was 5th or 6th grade.

Nice trick on not accepting your nickname so you can’t post a negative review. Set up the username and pw on my laptop (which it accepts) but doesn’t recognize your info on the app.
