Overall, it is a good app, improvements have been made along the way. One teething issue is that, we are unable to upload other file types such as PNG files. This create unnecessary effort to change a PNG file to PDF before I could upload it, I hope that you could implement this change.

Why am I not surprised

Hangs ever time you accidentally slide right. Crashes on iOS

App is super buggy, always having issues even trying to log in. App tend to be very laggy and crashed a few times while trying to use it. Tried to submit claims on the app however could not process, having so many different issues with just submitting one claim. Honestly what’s the point of this app anyway if it can’t do what it is supposed to do.

This app is insanely bad. I can’t make a transport claim for reservist last week if my transport profile was created today

Ever since the launch years ago, ESS fails everytime we need to use it!!! Mileage claim does not allow me to submit! Medical claims hang the app after input claim amount! MINDEF, I hope you are claiming LD, else this is like public funds gone to waste!!!

Laggy interface aside, the app backend seems to really struggle with OneMap integration judging from the endless error messages.

Can’t even navigate the pages properly, submitting claims becomes a pain because the UI bugs out and doesn’t let me scroll after uploading the receipts I want to claim

Whoever reading this, please upgrade the app. Every time I login with Singpass, it will say that I have successfully log out.
