HOW TO PRACTICE AFFIRMATIONS
1. Select categories that best represent your focus areas at this moment.
2. Every day, read your affirmations and repeat them out loud about 10 times. By truly believing the affirmation, you set in motion a transformation in the way you think and feel.
3. We suggest reading your affirmations shortly after you wake up and right before you go to sleep, as our subconscious mind is most open to suggestions when it is in a relaxed or meditative state.
