great intention but not worth the cost in my view. the meditations are all very similar and the tips very generic . ok for beginners. don’t use it to sleep so no idea about that . underlying music quality is quite basic / boring
This app helps me get a good nights sleep, the sessions with box breathing and anxiety definitely helps me relax. Nothing has worked expect for this app. I find myself using this a few times a day. Can’t recommend enough.
Found this first class to be a great introduction
This app is amazing it helps me with my anger issues and also helps me feel more relaxed I have friends who has mental and this app would help them amazing app as part of my autism I get angry quite quickly but with this app I can take classes to release my stress and anger with these exercises again an awesome app 5 out of 5 stars
I’ve been using MindLabs since early 2022, an early adopter and beta tester. Today I tried my first live session - it was a lovely gentle way to transition into the day with some energising and focused breathwork. Really left me feeling ready to take on whatever the day brings.
Came across this app and it was just what I needed to help my meditation journey. My first session was so educational and helped me develop my meditation practice. Very well presented videos too. Thankyou ❤️

I absolutely love the variety of classes, although I come back to some over and over. Seems to be something for everyone. After a while I've felt that the routine of doing a short or medium long guided meditation daily has become a pleasure instead of a sort of chore... I tried meditation before without guidance but always felt it's easier and more 'connecting' to have a guide. Also sleeping better and better which really is amazing because I've struggled with insomnia since 2020 (and in periods sleep too much)! I feel a sort of calm and mental clarity now at my job and find myself able to focus more, and to stop procrastinating asked much or getting "stuck" in a certain mindset or problem I'm working on (I'm a programmer). Highly recommended!
So yeah I’ve downloaded the free version to see if this is any good. You only get 2 lessons to try and they’re pretty much the same as on other websites of this kind. I think the free version should give you a bit more to entice you to go full on. The stuff on Instagram that they do is so much better than the app. I think I’ll stick with that for now.
