Mindlist — To Do List & Tasks

It’s not user-friendly cuz it keeps deleting my undone tasks. I even paid for it…

I literally love this app, it’s so aesthetic and super useful with paying for money. THERES NO ADS TOOO

Mindlist is clear and easy to use whilst being free and has many tools toward making sure you are organised.Time management is a clear priority to this app making things easier for the user also making sure your being efficient with your time and completing tasks in a timely and orderly way. Of course all apps have flaws but the easy and fixable flaw of this app is mostly the appearance as it can be seen as slightly bland being not interactive with youthful users. Overall this app is a great app to use and I definitely recommend it to plan and manage your personal schedules.

Exactly what I’ve been searching for, a to do list style calendar. New entries are short and simple with no unnecessary fields, very user friendly, I hope we see soon interactive widgets with ios17

You need to allow the “Today” and “Inbox” to be editable or given permission to be deleted. It’s too intrusive for me, since I’m autistic. Can this be changed please?

Your app is amazing it has high Quilty

The app is basically useless without playing, to add a repeating task like brushing your teeth you need premium. It looks nice and would probably be really good if you didn’t have to pay.

I found the upgraded version to be a complete waste of money as it's sole purpose is that it grants the ease of scheduling repeated tasks at one time. However, this does not function properly!! Tasks that repeat on the same day each week will not show up on the calendar until the previous task is marked as completed. This does not seem to be worth the money to me as it does not allow the ease of looking over the whole month upcoming at once with all tasks assigned. You can of course mark a task as 'completed' and undo this multiple times so that the future scheduled tasks do show up but at that point you may as well input them all individually to begin with and save yourself the total WASTE of money!!!

i love the design and look of it and how accessible it is in the free version but i wish there was a way to view all of the to dos in one place and that there is an option to remove and edit Today and Inbox lists also really really wish there was an option to make folders of lists

This app was what I have needed for years. Being able to plan things that need to get done in advance is so helpful. Only thing I wish was an option was the ability to be able to add subtasks. For example, if I wanted to cook some meals I could have a cook task and then I that I could have more tasks for the specific dishes I wanted to do that I can tick off! Still love the app sooo much
