Mind and Mom app is one thing that you don’t miss during your pregnancy journey. This app is like a go-to buddy for anything you need at the most important times of your pregnancy. The design of the app is very user friendly. My favourites of course are the prenatal exercise and affirmations. I love the curated list of videos from doctors says section, that is super helpful and it clears out many doubts and gives a lot of confidence. You can monitor your health progress and keep track of all the essential things of you and your little bundle of joy at the same place. This app is unique in its own way. This is one of my favourite apps as I feel so pertained with the real touch of motherhood. Would recommend this app for all the moms to be🤩😍
I downloaded some 20+ apps to track my pregnancy but have settled using this one, the Mind&Mom. I use the app consistently as it acts like a daily guide. I also see a representation of the child’s growth beautifully illustrated. The videos embedded on Yoga and mindfulness, takes a full-brownie point from me. I didn’t have to switch to some YouTube or other apps to browse and see what I wanted. Appreciate the efforts of the developers and the thoughts have gone behind this.
