You will be charged without your consent for an annual fee, and you’ll never find any information this app itself on Google. They have an “Ask Me Anything” section that is supposed to connect you to a live person, but I’ve been waiting 2 days for mine to show up. There is barely any content and the fee they charge you without your consent to access can be described as “sparse” at best. What a (bad) joke.

i downloaded and was excited to start but the depression guy's voice was not relaxing to me. the audio needs to be edited cus i heard every spittle and smack of his lips and i got really icked out and immediately deleted the app. pls edit the audio and i will change my review and give it another try!

Never got an email. I’ve been paying for this app and can’t even get into it. Their reset password link does NOTHING. Even checking my spam. No emails from them. I hope they refund me honestly. Been such a waste of money.

Your “free” trial will cost you around $70. You will get a surprise receipt in your email.

While the quality is decent, the lack of content is surprising given the price. For $70+ a year, I expected much more than a few different modules with less than 10 sessions in each.

I loved the mindset from 4 years ago but updated the app with a new therapist and it just isn’t working for me. The original guy they had is gone can’t find his content anywhere.. I’d pay if he was still on mindset app.

I’ve never written a review before but felt the need to simply put some positive vibes out to anyone who may be considering this app. I have noticed real improvement so far and really think people should give this a shot!

The options for hypnosis are not at all what is advertised. I purchased a year subscription with the expectation I would have all the options they show on the main screen when purchasing the app. It is much more limited and doesn’t look anything like what’s advertised. I contacted customer service to let them know and was told their contract expired with a creator and they only have Yapko’s content. This was 8 months ago and they still haven’t corrected it. Yapko’s content is good but not worth the price for what you get. It feels like a bait and switch. Very disappointing.

This app has been tremendous in calming my mind, addressing my GAD (generalized anxiety disorder). It provides peace, centeredness, stability, and focus with my mind. I recommend it to anyone suffering from anxiety.
