Best anxiety tool
Love this app, it is my go-to. Only thing missing is a fuller picture of anxiety tracking history. It provides 2 weeks of trackings in a graph, but would love to see longterm trends over long periods (ie. months/years).

The thought journal is wonderful. However even though you can save it. You can’t open your new right to read it again. I can only see 3/4 of the new thinking pattern. That’s not helpful. They also should refresh the examples they give. It’s the same every time. “What if I fail my math exam”. I’m 59 that’s not relatable and boring to read again and again when I’ve got a real difficult situation I’m dealing with.
It won’t even let me create an account, what do I do? I filled in all mandatory info and read the terms of use and privacy policy. But the create account button is transparent and won’t work. I got this recommended to me by my doctor, yet it won’t even work.

It’s really helpful to have access to these resources for free. The only thing to improve would be the interactions in the app, which are sometimes weird (the button placements feel awkward some of the times). But kudos to the developers to put that out there without a paywall ❤️!
Cannot register after trying for days. For a self help app, why would you demand people to register for an account in the first place?
Same issues other people are having. App stopped working after 2 weeks. It won’t let me submit my entry so I logged out and removed the app from my IPhone. Now it won’t let me login or restore it back onto my phone.
App won’t let me create a new account. Keeps coming up as an error message
Really enjoying this app. It has everything I need to bring me to calm when I feel I can’t on my own. Some days it doesn’t respond as well, (example-trying to save how I feel sometimes doesn’t work, even with closing and opening app again or restarting phone.) so that has caused me to miss a day or two of logs. But the community portion as well as the quick relief steps and guide are just amazing. The fact it’s free and I’m poor really eases more anxt one would have paying for an app they’re unsure will even work. It’s a phone journal for me when my book isn’t in my grasp. Thanks to developer for caring!!! I will be donating once I am able to for sure, as I feel this app is truly important for those who struggle with little or no support. Cheers!
This app got recommended to me when I became very anxious, and it works pretty well. Logging your mood in is easy and simple, and it teaches you about different types of anxiety and when it becomes a problem. The tools are great and effective, and it is overall easy to use. At first I had my doubts but the app is pretty good. Yeah it’s really hard to get started and that’s what originally made me have doubts but once I got over that and actually started using the app it was really great and effective.
