I’ve had Mindswarms and a couple other survey apps install for about 18 months now. You are initially asked for some demographic info - age, income, sex, etc. and then you wait. Eventually you will be invited to APPLY for a survey by answering a short survey about the subject. If your survey answers are a match for the demographic they are looking for you are invited to participate in the paid survey. 10 question, 60 second answers, as you record yourself. That’s it. Wait a day or two and get paid. Pay is usually $25 - $50 though some immersion invitations could pay more. You won’t get a lot of invites - I just finished number 4 in 18 months. That’s roughly $200 bucks for 45-50 minutes of my time. Needless to say this won’t make you rich but can put some extra money in your pocket. I have a couple of other apps that also are not scams but this one pays really well for what you are asked to do.

Just got paid for my first time! I was skeptical at first, but it’s not bad. The only downside is you don’t get paid for every survey that you do. You do initial question surveys and if you get selected further than they do video surveys, and then you get paid if you’re selected within a certain amount of time.

Good testing application and the platform is simple to use. I’ve gotten a few opportunities to test with them and only experimented one instance with receiving a late payment, it took longer than expected but customer support was able to help me receive the payment after some time. Other than that one time, I’ve received other payments on time. I try to get to the screeners as early as I can, hoping to receive more opportunities from them :)

I signed up with them one day and by the next day I had a $50 study. And then they paid out within 24 hours. That was really nice. I don’t think they have very many studies yet but when they do they are good! Great app!

Highly paid missions, pays quick and pretty fun.

I’ve had this app on my phone for a few months now, and it’s a COMPLETE waste of your time. You won’t get selected for anything. It needs to be off the APP store. These people just collect your data and “act” as if you will be selected. It won’t happen!

Rare opps and glitchy but it’s ok

Stay away from this app. They don’t pay you when you complete tests and don’t answer when you try to contact them. I’ve wasted a lot of time doing tests and they don’t pay or respond to emails.

Some of you may wonder if Mindswarms is legit or not, and this is my experience! I didn’t come to mindswarms to make a LOT of money. It was just a interesting thing I can do surveys and possibly qualify for something that will pay me. You won’t be frequently getting accepted and paid but it’ll come here and there :) I just finished a survey and video screening for Content Creation and it was fun answering questions! I got paid $50 the next day through my PayPal which I sent to my bank account. Don’t expect to be accepted and doing surveys and trials every week or even month but when they do come trust me they’re legit :)

I’ve been using this app for a long time, over a year at least. There aren’t many survey qualifiers available, but when there is you want to jump on them! Most apps have huge long qualifying surveys but these are short and simple. Around once, or twice if I’m lucky, a year I qualify. I’ve been paid over $100 for one opportunity where I did many surveys for them. I just finished another for $50 which was very quick and easy. You do have to video your response. The money has always gone to PayPal within a few days and I move it to my bank. It’s been a real blessing as a college kid. I recommend this app to everyone. While your chances of qualifying are few and far between, it is worth it for when it works.
