I like this a lot so far
I’ve listen to several meditations and so far this has been very relaxing. I wish the meditations were longer because it takes me a little bit more time to relax however I’m new into this so maybe that will get better. I also wish in the meditations spoke a little longer. It would be nice if there was an option to automatically roll into the next meditation within a series so that you do not have to break out of your relaxed state to open another session. If that option is there I just have not discovered it yet. I’m interested to see if there’s ever a refresh and change. There seems to be a lot of content on this app. I was initially only going to do the free version but after the daily meditation that it provided me I upgraded to the subscription. I don’t really have time toMake therapy sessions work in my schedule so I hope this might be a good first start for self improvement, inner focus, and motivation.
