Are used to have this device that used this app, and it worked mostly fine. However, we recently moved, and when I tried to install it at our new house, my phone and the device refused to connect with each other. If someone from customer service would help pit that would be awesome. Until I get it working, it’s gotta be 1-star from me.

The apps don’t reply video as full slide bar time its show video as short video . Please add touch slide time bar. Thanks

But expensive camera and the app does not even work! The devoper should be punished with a whip!

Bought this mini cam and it won’t connect to the app. It keeps telling me to reconfigure password but no instructions how no option to change or update. This is not worth buying

Extremely frustrating to try and figure out connecting. Followed the instructions but still won’t connect. Definitely not user friendly.

Probably a simple thing to do and find out but I’m unable to do it? Ask to scan QR code yet there no option for the app to show one for your device. Where do I get the device I’d says each camera has a unique id to me app would be better if simple issues were addressed to allow user to use the app like it was intended. I’ll give it a couple days then find a app that doesn’t have me doing more research. Just want to use an old phone has a cam until I get a few security cameras

This works great for videos and pictures for model railroading. You can record or view live. Small and lightweight. Fits on a flatcar for great effects or lay it on the layout. Connects with WiFi easily. Downside- can’t get it to work with iPhone, but works great on my old LG Android. Sound recording not good

I can get it online and see from my iPhone but notifications for motion don’t work. And that’s all I wanted it for. 🙄

I tried installing this on my apple phone and couldn’t get it to connect. Instructions weren’t clear and I became frustrated. There is a QR code on the front of the manual that if you scan will take you to a youtube video which is helpful. I was about to return it but tried installing it on an android phone and it works perfectly! I use it on my model railroad.

The minicam app continually crashes after installing iPhone iOS 15 update. This makes my camera useless now. Very troubling.
