MiniVAN Touch

Easy to use. One feature that would be useful is a button to toggle between minivan lists when you have more than one canvass on the go over a period of time. Having to look up and re-enter the list is something that could be improved. Also in and out of same streets - toggle back to the last street would be great to. Otherwise really useful.

I dunno how it can get better. My team use mobile and iPad cellular and it’s superb. Thank you so much for the creation.

The app could do with a single button to mark all in a household as not being at home as it’s tedious and time consuming to have to go into each person’s record.

Compared to paper, this app is a godsend. Could be better (show you what % of the list is done in total and other stats for your entire team?), but it’s pretty decent at what it does.

I really don't see why there can't be symbols displayed next to the name, to give you an indication of the data already known about each person in a household, or each household. E.g. Joe Bloggs [logo of the party they support] [symbol showing that they vote by post] [symbol showing that they already volunteer for us]. At present finding this information out requires at least 3 extra taps, which means I don't often do it before I start speaking to someone.

Crashes every time I try to download a list. No matter how many times I update, delete and reinstall etc the app always crashes and is completely unusable.

Most of the new app is great. But . . The sync button is the main canvass screen is really annoying, just as you are about to talk to someone your finger accidentally strays over the screen and you are in for a two minute sync - please remove it and just keep it on the main menu screen On the main canvass screen the line between each property could be thicker - it is easy to lose where you are. The map is not nearly as good as the old one, please bring it back so that you can see where you are. Oh and did I mention that syncing doesn't work and all the data has been stuck in my phone for nearly a week Still love Minivan though . . . Alistair

There are some lists I have worked on over more than one day (weather, time constraints, etc.). I sync and save my progress after each attempt to be sure. The next time I return to the list to finish it, the previous data is not showing on the map or in the progress section. It’s as if it’s a brand new list and I have done nothing. I have made my own method of tracking by taking screen shots and taking anecdotal notes, but this is time consuming and frustrating. I want to be sure my progress is being tracked correctly.

Very good app that works well

The swipe left option to show that someone wasn’t home, or I just lit dropped works sporadically. It wants me to record voters’ answers to questions which I can’t ask if I only lit dropped. Otherwise, it works and is convenient.
