Minted: The Address Book

Since entering all our friend’s and family’s addresses for holiday cards or some event years ago, I have always relied on the Minted address book for everybody’s contact information. Finding their address book app and its useful features was a great gift to me this holiday.

Absolutely love using the Minted App for all of my greeting and holiday cards! The saved contact list makes it a breeze to order all of my cards, addressed and ready to go! This luxury has given me lots of time back to enjoy the holidays! Thank you Minted! And, thank you to the artists for creating such beautiful ways for us to spread kindness and joy to our loved ones.

Love this app to keep addresses updated throughout the year!

It’s so hard to type everything in on a phone and make edits. Please make a Mac version to manage addresses! THANK YOU

I have tried to upload my contacts for 2 days now and still can get this app to work right. Waste of my time!!! Should not be this hard. I am working from a MacBood Pro by downloading their template as well as saving to xls and cvs to no luck. Tried uploading my contacts and it doesn’t upload several of them. So extremely frustrating!!!

Great app! Love the ease of adding all contacts in one area and all family & birthday details

I downloaded this app to import addresses from my iphone contacts into Minted. This is a basic purpose of the app. I was able to import a few addresses. Then I typed more addresses into my iphone contacts; unfortunately after that initial import, it is no longer possible to add new contacts/addresses from my phone.

I love this app as I can import from contacts as well as manually entering them. Editing them is also easy. I am able to edit addresses any time which is great. And I love how easy it is to order cards with the addresses already on the envelopes!

I just received my cards this year and the color looks absolutely nothing like what it did on the website when I ordered it! Dull and faded color. Extremely unhappy.

I spent four days designing a Christmas card. I am meticulously added in all of my addresses into the Minted app. Took me another three hours. Processed my order. Noticed there was an unfamiliar charge for something that I did not approve. Tried to rectify the situation by canceling and re-ordering. Guess what, to my horror, they canceled my order (expected) and then deleted my project that I had spent hours working on (unexpected) I couldn’t even re-order it. It’s gone. Customer service is absolutely no help and said that I didn’t save it, but I saved it several times over three or four days logging in and out. Would not connect me to a manager. Wanted me to call some random one 800 number. I will never use them again. They deleted my stuff out of spite and denied responsibility and placed the blame on me for not saving it properly. Newsflash, you can’t place an order without saving it. Jeancarlos E. was not helpful. Screenshot the whole interaction. Tried to wait me out with platitudes but I’m patient and wanted to speak to a manager. After more than an hour with jeancarlos e, nothing. Date of experience: December 06, 2024
