I’m really enjoying the bank services , opened a business account in less than a day, had issues and I contacted them, had it resolved immediately. And their staff are always willing to assist. Nice one

I joined the platform only a few days ago. I tried to update my information by submitting my NIN slip and number and I was told it failed. I reached out to customer care on the app and was told I would get a response within an hour. Over 24 hours later there is no response. That is horrible service.

you guys better just refund my money. how can someone make a transfer for five good days you didnt send you deducted to the account i transferred and you you didnt reverse the money to the mintyn account. and your in app customer support is more like a scam coz they are not solving any problem

This bank is a very useless bank ,they are always having network problem ,no 24/7 contact support to talk to,since 2 days now ,I can’t transfer and I can’t do anything when it’s not like I don’t have money,very stupid bank filled with incompetent personnels
