Camera is not recognized at all... nothing works

Problem z aplikacją: Nie działa detekcja ruchu Nie można ustawić ani alarmu Nie ma możliwości ustawienia powiadomień Nie ma możliwości czułości detekcji Nie ma możliwości podglądu zdarzeń Jedyna aplikacja do mojej kamery i kompletne dno. Żadna inna nie chce chodzić z mojà kamerą. Zakup mojej kamery to tylko wyrzucone pieniądze w błoto. Jak tak dalej pójdzie będę musiał ją sprzedać.

I can install the app and scan but it shows black it shows no picture . I tried everything

This camera has clear visibility but not at a distance. You have to search for the events so if you don’t have a date or time you will be searching the footage for hours. It does not tag the event. The camera lasted approx a year then it failed to connect to the router. Before you can view the events there is an ad so you have to waste time to press the skip button. I will not be purchasing this camera/brand again.

Another update and still no fix for running IOS 12.5.7 Seriously, Please fix! This iPad is only used as a monitor for this camera. Latest update 2 days ago has not fixed the issue. App will not open!!! Another update and still no fix😡

Last update rendered all cameras completely useless. It’s been a week and company won’t address it.

I love that the camera is affordable and delivers a good quality picture day or night, with pan-tilt-zoom functionality. I hate that a recent update to the app includes an annoying full-screen popup ad on startup, with no option at all to opt out, or even pay a nominal fee to remove ads. I am disappointed in this decision, so i will be replacing the cameras i have with another brand that uses better judgement before making in-app advertising decisions.

My App is turning on automatically! Have I’ve been hacked?

Until advertisements started blocking my access to the camera view I had no problem with the app, but I use the camera to monitor my invalid wife and trying to check without glasses in the dark is a royal pain in the patoot. The ads make me wake up much more completely and fumble around. Evil to drop ads on the app!
